INCES and Venezuelan unions promote cooperation with German institutions

The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (Inces) and Venezuelan unions initiated an agenda of cooperation with German vocational training institutions, during an activity in Bonn, a city in the European country.

According to a note from the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the objective is to strengthen national productive capacities through the dual training methodology, so a plan for technical assistance and coordination was agreed.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Inces, the Federation of Chambers and Associations of Commerce and Production of Venezuela (FedeCámara) and the Venezuelan-German Chamber of Commerce.

At the meeting with a delegation from the German Adult Education Association (DVV), he highlighted the need to create a mechanism for recognizing competencies.

The representatives of Inces highlighted the value of exchange and stated that “in their experience and methodology we find mechanisms to strengthen training in specific technical areas through alliances with private sectors”.
