With the firm objective of professionalizing physical activity in the region, the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) in the state of Falcón diversifies its training offer through the productive work profile of “Sports Trainers, specializing in Volleyball”. This time, the training brings together 40 participants from the municipalities of Miranda, Colina and Zamora.

The program is especially aimed at coaches, physical education teachers, athletes and members of communities connected with communes. The study plan includes a total of 12 curricular units, with classes beginning with the module “Technical and Tactical Principles of Volleyball”.

The Volunteer Technical Teacher (MTV) Ana Sánchez, a renowned coach of the Falcón Club in this discipline, is responsible for guiding pedagogical guidelines, basic regulations and sports management. This effort is supported by the Culture, Sports, Recreation and Community Participation coordination of the Regional Management of Inces Falcón, led by Eneyda Martínez Rodríguez.

Currently, students receive theoretical training at the facilities of the “José Leonardo Chirino” Socialist Training Center, while the practical days take place on the covered court of the Chimpire sector, in the city of Coro.
