Between January and March 2026, the National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (INCES) registered the care of 99,203 women in its training spaces.
To date, the institution has 337,364 registered participants in more than 23,000 training environments across the country. On average, each woman enrolls in 3.4 training options, out of a total of more than 800 training courses available. This figure reflects the institute's curricular continuation through productive profiles and work occupations.
The state of Trujillo had the highest number of female users served, with 12,013 women, followed by Aragua with 7,835 and Bolívar with 6,766.
By sector, the areas with the highest demand among women were: Tourism, with 42,221 registered; Civil and Military Industry, with 31,788; Socialist Economy, with 25,753; and Entrepreneurship, with 18,386. These figures correspond to women who enrolled in at least one training option.
During the second week of March, the Inces, together with the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, issued 5,878 certificates to women working to promote the communal economy nationwide. These certificates are in addition to the national service figures.
In the first quarter of 2026, the growth of women's participation in non-traditional training, such as Liquefied Gas Plant Operator, High and Medium Mountain Tourism Guide, Agricultural Producer, Carpenter, Mason, and other occupations historically developed by men, stood out.
