Infante: 24 electoral commissions and officials accompany the election of justices of the peace

This Sunday, December 15, the first vice-president of the National Assembly (AN), Pedro Infant, highlighted that 24 Electoral Commissions and officials of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Supreme Court of Justice, Ministry for Communes and deputies of the AN are deployed to accompany the elections of judges and justices of the peace in the country and address any situation that may arise in the process.

Also, during the balance sheet of the National Electoral Commission for the election of Judges and Justices of the Peace, he stressed that each communal circuit is an election. “In terms of electoral technique, there would be 4,862 electoral results that have to be expressed by each of the communal circuits,” he said, recalling that three principal and three alternate justices of the peace are being elected.
