The first vice-president of the National Assembly (AN), Pedro Infante, during a press conference, assured that the elections of Judges and Judges of the Communal Peace are historic and an example for the world.
“First time in history that communities have elected judges of the peace in the world,” Pedro Infante emphasized while highlighting popular mobilization in the electoral campaign process.
“People who were making their posters and without any kind of funding. Everything was done by the People in a very fiery and colorful way,” he said.
He indicated that this Sunday there are more than 250,000 streets with people mobilized depending on their choice of judges and judges.
“It's the people really exercising power, the exercising the power given to them by the Constitution, which is a living letter,” he said.
