Jorge Arreaza: We have closed a cycle of elections in the country

The vice-president of the Community Councils and Communes of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Jorge Arreaza, said that with the day of this Sunday, July 27, we have closed a cycle of elections in the country that gives us a taste that there is democracy in Venezuela.

“Today we are very strongly incorporating the system of government at the municipal level, from the president, the governor, the mayors and the popular power in each commune,” he said.

Arreaza added that “from the communal council and the communes, the needs of the People are diagnosed and from there, with the flow, solutions are generated with cabinets, consultations, assemblies and with the strength of mayors and governorates to seek solutions.”
