“One of the projects of our president Nicolás Maduro is for this Caracas-La Guaira axis to become a forerunner for the country's different developments. We are all the Ministries that are part of the Second Transformation to meet the goals and achieve the greatest happiness for our people,” Márquez emphasized in statements to the media, press release by the Ministry of Electric Energy.

Regarding the scope of the deployment, Márquez stressed that satisfactory results are being recorded in priority areas. In this regard, he pointed out that they will continue working to meet the objectives in the shortest possible time.

“As the days go by, with our people, we are moving forward and we are going to achieve the goal of reaching 100% of these projects presented by the communes and communal circuits, which are embodied in each one's ACA (Concrete Agenda for Action),” he said.
