Journalist Karen Méndez thanked President Maduro and Cabello for guaranteeing peace in the country

During the program Sin Truco Ni Maña, journalist Karen Méndez expressed her gratitude to the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and to the sectorial vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, for their role in defending national stability against terrorist plans promoted by the United States.

“I have to confess that I am immensely grateful to President Nicolás Maduro. History cannot be ignored when it is recorded and told: he is a president who has managed to defend the dignity of this country and sovereignty. Venezuelans will be eternally grateful for that, and President Hugo Chávez, I'm sure that wherever he is, he will be very satisfied,” said Méndez

Regarding the work of Diosdado Cabello, Méndez highlighted the serenity she feels as a Venezuelan mother: “I sleep peacefully, I am at peace with my daughter because I know she is there. This is something I am immensely grateful for. I pray for him every day, just as I do for President Nicolás Maduro. We are with them.”

Finally, he highlighted the strength of both leaders in the face of adversity. “Both could collapse, and they don't,” he emphasized.
