Karen Méndez: Faced with U.S. actions, the National Government has an obligation to ensure peace and development in the country

As long as U.S. imperialism does not cease its actions to attack our country, the National Government has an obligation to deploy all the necessary mechanisms to ensure peace and national development, said journalist and political analyst, Karen Méndez.

“As long as the United States does not give up its plans to attack our country, Venezuela has an obligation to deploy all political, diplomatic and social mechanisms to guarantee the country's security, progress and development,” he said during his participation in the podcast Sin Truco Ni Maña.

In this regard, the journalist called on the Venezuelan people to remain alert and not to let their guard down in the face of the recent change in rhetoric, imperialism and the supposed denials that they will not attack Venezuela militarily. “They maintain a continuous and violating attack against the United Nations charter,” he emphasized.
