Weightlifter Laura Peinado
won the silver medal in the women's 71 kg category, in the Venezuela 2024 Olympic
Weightlifting Championship.
Peindo was left with the silver one
after lifting 97 kg in boot. He also won the bronze medal after achieving
116 kg in an Envión and reaching a total of 216 kg.
This sporting contest will take place until Thursday, February 29, where 180 weightlifting athletes from 20 countries seek to secure their ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
