This August 17, Maracay on the Aragua stand is dressed up to welcome runners and walkers from all over the country in the third edition of Maracay Run.

“ This is an event that is expected to have 1,200 participants, a thousand of whom are already registered and who have expressed their desire that events like these be repeated in the garden city,” said Chinzia de Morales, a member of the event's organizing committee.

For her part, Luisana Altamiranda reported that 40% of the participants who have completed their registration are from Maracay, while the rest are from nearby municipalities and even neighboring states.

“The call is for all those who love walking, running and Maracay. It is an event that, in addition to touring part of the capital of Aragua, will have a concert at the end of the day, which makes it a favorable environment for sharing with the family,” he said.

The third edition of Maracay Run will have two modalities, a 10K race and a 5K walk. Registrations can be made online through your user on the social network Instagram and upon registration, the participant will have a kit that includes a flannel, number plate, visor, tulle, stockings, hydration, medal and certificate of participation, in addition to the possibility of participating in a spectacular concert.
