This Friday, in an atmosphere of joy and revolutionary commitment, the 379 candidates for justices of the peace from the Angostura del Orinoco municipality closed the campaign.

The event was accompanied by Sergio Hernández, municipal liaison of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), in addition to the deputies of the National Assembly Nancy Ascencio and Leonel González, and the active militancy of the parties of the Great Patriotic Pole.

The mobilization began on Germania Avenue from where they left until they reached the headquarters of the Palace of Justice, expressing absolute support for the candidates who will be elected this December 15.

The candidates nominated and proposed by the different community organizations and social movements, as well as those proposed and postulated on their own initiative in this unprecedented process in which for the first time social public servants are elected for the administration of justice and invested as communal judges of the peace, delivered to Dr. Maye Carvajal, Superior Civil Judge of the First Circuit of the Judicial District of the Bolivar State and other authorities present, of a document that promotes the declaration “Dialogue is the key to achieving peace”, in which they commit to working together for the People.

In the six urban parishes, they carried out intense house-to-house work, discussions and communal sharing, presenting their proposals to maintain peace and promote coexistence based on brotherhood, justice and tolerance within communities.

Next Sunday's election day is shaping up to be a celebration of citizen participation, where residents will elect their communal justices of the peace.
