This Friday, June 21, the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, reported that she delivered the Chapel of the Black Saints and its amphitheater to La Vega, fully rehabilitated, as requested by the community.

Through his account on the social network X, he pointed out that the community “is already celebrating the festivities of San Juan here”.

“In the name of our President @ NicolasMaduro, together we have fulfilled this great dream,” he said.

He explained that this is a new work by the Popular Power Solutions Brigades (BRISOPP), which includes a children's playground and outdoor spaces for art, with diverse opportunities for participation for cultivators.

“More works are coming, including the House of Grandmothers and Grandparents,” he said.

Meléndez specified that nearly 1,200 families will be able to enjoy these restored spaces and that they now have the necessary conditions and services for the deepening of culture and art in this Caracas parish.
