Mayor Carmen Meléndez rehabilitated the Casa de Paso de La Pastora

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, reported the completion of the rehabilitation work of the Casa de Paso located in the parish of La Pastora, a space that was 100% operational.

“This house can accommodate sixteen girls, boys and young people, who will be accompanied by a professional team and under the supervision of the Simon Caracas Children's Foundation,” said the mayor in her Instagram post.

The infrastructure has a kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, living room, laundry area, administrative offices and rest rooms for on-call staff.

Meléndez noted that the spaces were organized with active services and adequate settings to ensure safe conditions during the beneficiaries' stay.
