During the discussion for the Bicentennial of the call for the Panamphictyonic Congress held by the Liberator Simon Bolivar on December 7, 1824, the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, stated that the capital city is full of history, culture and deepening in the battle of ideas

“A group of historians have explained to us the importance of the bicentennial era that we have experienced in recent years in our country, so we should be proud and proud,” Meléndez said through her account on the social network Instagram.
