Mayor of Vargas: We won a great victory!

In the evening hours of this Tuesday, the mayor of Vargas municipality in the state of La Guaira, José Manuel Suárez, received his proclamation and credentials to serve as local president.

“Today we can say that in this electoral process we have won a great victory, because the percentage of acceptance of our people has been broken by more than 94.5%,” he said, while stating that more than 101,000 votes were obtained in favor of the revolution in the territory.

Suárez added that the People expressed themselves through democratic means, demonstrating that they want to live in peace and in the best way.

He also thanked the members of the National Electoral Council (CNE) for holding a great election party in peace for the people of Venezuela.
