Meléndez: Operation Caracas Smile reaches 71 deployments in the Libertador municipality

The mayor of the Bolivarian Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez, reported that Operation Caracas Smile totals 71 caravans of solutions, with direct attention to 1,608 communal councils, representing 70.56% of those existing in the capital.

Meléndez pointed out that deployment number 71 took place this March 19 in the parish of El Recreo, during the 122nd broadcast of the Habla Caracas program, where he also announced that 1 million 487 thousand 365 inhabitants have been protected through this program.

The mayor explained that the day took place together with the Corazón del Waraira communal circuit, made up of 9,440 families, with whom progress and requirements related to the seven transformations are reviewed.

During the program, he toured the service points and productive spaces installed in the camp, where health services were offered in various specialties, pharmacy, counseling, recreation and identification, among others.

Meléndez indicated that the deployment will continue in the parishes of the Libertador municipality as part of the territorial monitoring carried out with organized communities.
