MÉRIDA - LIBERTADOR/Jehyson Guzmán: The people of Merida have a high level of consciousness

The governor of the state of Mérida, Jehyson Guzmán, said that a great team has been set up in the Merida region to accompany not only the battle for victory in the Presidential Elections, “but in all the battles that are to come.”

“There is a great level of consciousness here, because in this state, if we have memory, in this state today some people dress like sheep, give them to them as little lambs, when it was the demons who shot our comrades to death,” he recalled.

He also stressed that he does not forget “how many houses they burned, how many families had their property destroyed”.

During a mobilization in the Libertador municipality in the state of Mérida, led by the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, in support of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and rejection of the United States blockade against the country.

He affirmed that the people of Merida “are not only willing to defend votes, we are willing to defend the future and peace of this Homeland, let the enemies of the People make no mistake”.
