The Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Thursday, April 23, stated that “the decision and the will of the business community is essential for things to work out and sometimes to break the barriers that some people want to build so that things don't work out.”
This was stated in the Portuguese state, during a visit to an Arauca coffee roasting plant of the Botalón Group, where he commented that at the Canarian Club, in the entity during the Meeting with productive sectors, they told him that they previously had a two-year exemption from Income Tax (ISLR) from production for the purchase of equipment.
“That stopped, that's a task for us (Bolivarian Government), to see what can be done there. I imagine that four years ago it was impossible, because there was neither machinery nor equipment and you had to buy them abroad,” he said.
The minister assured that currently when “Venezuela is replenishing new equipment”, support is possible.

Regarding his visit to the coffee company, he highlighted the structure of the space, as well as its working methods, “the most outstanding thing here, in addition to the neatness of these warehouses, is the willingness that these colleagues have had for work”.
“These are people who decided to bet on producing the best coffee in the world, which is Venezuelan coffee,” he said.

Cabello commented that people prepare coffee in an easy way, but coffee has previously gone through a complex process, “it's not a simple job, I heated the water, pouring in a few spoons of coffee and drinking it with sugar, no, that's a big job.”
