Minister Cabello: Sanctions are aimed at destroying an entire country

The Sectorial Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, during the Meeting for a Venezuela in Peace and Free of Sanctions, held in the state of Mérida, assured that the unilateral and coercive measures were aimed at destroying the entire country regardless of political parties, religion or race.

“This is a very important event for the country, for nations that have sanctions against Venezuela to lift them once and for all. That is why it is full of emotion to see political representatives of various political tendencies meeting with the objective of demonstrating that the sanctions hurt the country,” he said.

The Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also stressed that the so-called “sanctions” have been causing serious problems for the Venezuelan economy for more than 10 years and had the consent of the “haters” who assumed the role of hating their own Homeland.
