Minister Cabello: The first controller of the use of communal patrols must be the community itself

The Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that each of the 173 Peace Quadrants of the state of Carabobo has been given motorcycles and patrols to make permanent trips in four Community Circuits for their safety, however, the Community Power must verify the correct use of these transport units.

“43 van-type vehicle units are being delivered, which will be under the exclusive command of the Peace Quadrants, as we have been doing throughout the country, every four Peace Quadrants, corresponds to a truck-like patrol, which cannot leave that territory, is assigned to that community that is there and the first comptroller has to be the community,” said Cabello, during a satellite contact with President Nicolás Maduro.
