Minister Gabriela Jiménez arrives in Shenzhen for a visit to China

Through her Telegram channel, the sector vice-president of Science, Technology, Ecosocialism and Health, Gabriela Jiménez, announced her arrival in Shenzhen, the center of the Chinese technology industry considered to be one of the most important cities in the world in the area.

The also head of the technology portfolio said that “this visit represents a strategic opportunity to strengthen the bilateral relations we maintain with the sister People's Republic of China, and to promote national development.”

He thanked the warm and respectful welcome from Gu Ting, Executive Vice President of the Shenzhen People's Association for Friendship with Foreigners. He also revealed that his work agenda will be expanded, in order to “strengthen the development of Venezuela, especially in the areas of science, technology and education.”
