Cultivators from Venezuela presented various proposals to representatives of the country's main media, the Ministry of Popular Power for Communication and Information and the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture, with the objective of establishing strategies to strengthen this sector with a view to consolidating an industry that is nourished by traditional elements of the nation, as part of the promotion of the Great Viva Venezuela Mission.
In this regard, the Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, said in a press release: “We need to strengthen a cultural industry that can truly provide traditional manifestations, but even more so that they can be carried to their quintessence, to seek a balance in the dissemination of traditional Venezuelan music in the country.”
The president of Cultural Diversity, Benito Irady, considered the meeting as a “high meaning for cultivators”, because it serves to accompany all the people who safeguard their patrimonial elements and assured that the Great Mission Viva Venezuela was born to provide that comprehensive support to the cultured people.
The representatives of the media committed themselves to supporting Venezuelan culture and said they were happy with the creation and establishment of the Great Mission Viva Venezuela Mi Patria Querida, to be part of the work and to make joint efforts for the country. “We are united to support everything that has to do with culture, principles and traditions,” said the president of the television station, Gustavo Grossmann.
