Minister Padrino López closed the 4th World Cadet Games 2024

The sectoral vice-president of Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace, G/J V Vladimir Padrino, during the closing ceremony of the IV World Cadet Games of CISM Venezuela 2024, stressed that peace, respect and equality reigned during the development of the sporting event.

“These games presented the highest level of excellence and the importance of sport as a means of integration, unity, complementarity and solidarity.” Principles that the liberator, Simon Bolivar, fought for and that Commander Chávez managed to insulate,” said Padrino López.
