Minister Padrino López: FANB will patrol the country's streets to guarantee internal order

The Sectorial Vice President of Defense and Sovereignty, Vladimir Padrino López, reported that once the Municipal Elections 2025 process is over, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), “we will be patrolling all the streets, to guarantee internal order.”

He stressed that “we are going to the street to patrol”.

“Ensuring the defense of all our sovereignty and keeping an eye on any aspect of expression of violence, which is manifested in any part of the national territory, whether by criminal gangs for political purposes, gangs of destabilization of the State,” he emphasized.

He argued that “they are not going to be able to deal with Venezuelan democracy and the will of desire and the right to exist of the People of Venezuela.”

This was stated during a review of Operation Republic 2025, on the occasion of the Municipal Elections, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, in which he thanked the National Electoral Council (CNE) for all the support it provided to the FANB, “to fulfill our mission”.

Padrino López also expressed his gratitude to the Public Ministry, the Public Security Bodies, and other State institutions.

He also reaffirmed that the FANB is permanently deployed throughout the national territory, “exercising our sovereignty, in all spaces”.
