Ministry of Education brought students with the best averages in the country to Russia

The Minister of Popular Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, reported that a group of 210 Venezuelan students with outstanding academic averages traveled to St. Petersburg, Russia, to participate in the Scarlet Candles Festival.

The activity is part of the promotion of student tourism as an incentive policy and cultural exchange. “More than 200 students with the best grades in the country had the opportunity to travel to Russia and participate in the Scarlet Candles Festival, thanks to an invitation from the Government of St. Petersburg,” Rodríguez said.

From his Telegram user, the holder of the ministerial portfolio showed an audiovisual with statements to Deputy Minister Alejandro López, who pointed out that the delegation was made up of young people with grades between 19.5 and 20 points, accompanied by teachers, representatives and staff of the Ministry.
