Ministry of Food carried out special deployment to serve families in La Guaira

This Monday, June 29
, the Ministry of Food reported that
from its distribution center in the state of La Guaira, a special
deployment was carried out to serve affected families in the area.
In this regard,
the state chief of Mercal in Miranda, Jesús Zambrano,
reported that more than 2,700 tons of food have been distributed, including
food and protein.
He also indicated that through the Food Houses,
support for the large number of volunteers deployed is maintained. “We have arrived in the neighborhood
to serve the people,” he said and indicated that censuses are still being carried out to serve the affected families.
At the same time, he
recognized all the workers who tirelessly remain
willing to provide care to the affected population. In addition, he said that personnel from the state of La Guaira, Barinas, Zulia and Miranda have joined these relief efforts.
