Ministry of Health evaluates patients in Guárico through the ophthalmological surgical plan

Through the social network Instagram, the government of Guárico reported that more than 1,500 people from the state received preoperative evaluations as part of the first phase of a surgical plan for the care of cataracts, glaucoma and pterygium, whose surgeries will be carried out in the coming days.

The opening day, which took place in the state governorate, included the activation of a mobile unit with advanced technology and the participation of specialists from the Miracle Mission.

Among the procedures performed by the medical team are ultrasound and cell count studies, as well as ophthalmological consultations.
