Ministry of Health held comprehensive health care days in 4 states of the country

In recent days, the Ministry of Health (MinSalud) carried out a national deployment of comprehensive days that benefited thousands of citizens in the states of Amazonas, Guárico, Yaracuy and Aragua.

In the state of Amazonas, the day commemorated women's month in the Atures municipality with more than 2,725 treatments distributed in nine health centers. The entity's sole authority, Dr. Joskany La Rosa, coordinated the delivery of 300 multivitamin kits for nursing and pregnant mothers.

In parallel, in Guárico, the operations reached the municipalities of Leonardo Infante, José Félix Ribas and Chaguaramas. Mr. Jesús Rojas reported that more than 428 people from vulnerable communities such as Zanjonote de la Montaña and El Jabillo received assistance in internal medicine, pediatrics and dentistry.

The institutional mobilization also reached Yaracuy state, where the staff of the El Niño Simón Regional Foundation and the Secretariat of Economic Development had a special operation at the Henríque Tirado Reyes Convention Center. Dr. Marilyn Velázquez reported 432 medical care that included urology, cytology and ultrasound services.

Meanwhile, the deployment in Aragua reached a massive magnitude with the simultaneous activation of 17 municipalities. The single regional health authority, Dr. Yosmary Lombano, highlighted the figure of 30,000 comprehensive benefits and the distribution of 13,000 free drugs for the population of Aragüeña.
