The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Health, held a massive day of comprehensive protection in the 14 municipalities of the state of Yaracuy.

During the day, more than 5 thousand women accessed specialized medical services and direct social assistance, as part of the national program for Women's Month.

The single health authority in the state, Marilyn Velásquez, reported that the approach included consultations in gynecology, internal medicine, dentistry, pediatrics, ultrasound, as well as the delivery of medications free of charge.

Velásquez highlighted the activation of the Maternal Route as a fundamental axis of this deployment, whose central objective is epidemiological surveillance and comprehensive support of pregnant women to ensure healthy pregnancies and happy terms.

During the deployment, the National Public Health System (SPNS) team carried out a house-to-house survey to identify critical cases and strengthen prevention against diseases such as dengue and yellow fever.

The Secretary of Community Power and Social Protection, Daysis Cañizales, responsible for Vertex 1 of the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, highlighted that these actions align with the social transformation promoted by the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez to provide strong responses in communities through the National Public Health System.
