Ministry of Health summoned doctors and nurses to attend to emergency due to earthquakes

Through its account on the social network Instagram, the Ministry of People's Power for Health (MPPS) called for volunteer doctors and nurses to join in dealing with health emergencies following the earthquakes that occurred last Wednesday, June 24, in the country.

“In the face of the emergency caused by the recent earthquake, your vocation can save lives. The Ministry of People's Power for Health makes an urgent and supportive call to all doctors, doctors, nurses and nurses in the country to join the immediate care force in an organized manner, to provide support to affected communities,” said the Health portfolio.

He specified that the initiative seeks to strengthen the deployment of primary health care brigades, emergency support and critical care in areas with the greatest impact.

In this regard, he invited interested parties to join this initiative through the website https://siamed.mpps.gob.ve/, where they must register, and then they will be contacted in order to coordinate their incorporation into care work in the national territory.
