Ministry of Transport highlights progress in channeling works for the Guache River in Portuguesa

The Bolivarian Government is continuing with the work, which has advanced by 36%, with the purpose of channeling the Guache River in the municipality of Araure, in the Portuguese state.

The information was released, by the Ministry of Popular Power for Transport (MPPT), on its account on the social network Instagram, in which it states that in this sector of the Portuguese state, hydraulic protection is also being built on the right abutment of the bridge over this body of water, located on the José Antonio Páez Highway, with the objective of protecting this important structure.

In addition, in another message, it reports that in the state of Guárico, the Great Venezuela Transport Mission (GMTV); the Ministry of Popular Power for Public Works and the Government of this entity, have carried out 90% of the work to replace a collapsed metal sewer in Troncal 13, Peaje El Sombrero, Julián Mellado municipality.

It specifies that the replacement will be carried out with a concrete structure, to ensure the stability of this road artery.
