The Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism (MINTUR) set up a Comprehensive Care
Box on the ground floor of its main headquarters, in La
Floresta, Caracas, to facilitate care for
tourism service providers and ensure the continuity of administrative procedures after the
earthquakes of last June 24.
The
office will provide service from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 in the morning to 4:00 in the
afternoon, and will allow the management of the National Tourism Registry (RTN), tourism licenses, procedures before the National
Tourism Institute (INATUR), reception of correspondence and personalized attention.
Esta
initiative of the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello, is part of a collective
effort that seeks to maintain constant attention to service providers and other
users who were affected by the natural disaster of last June 24; as
well as to give continuity to administrative procedures.
With the opening of this
space, MINTUR ratified its strategy of strengthening attention to the
tourism sector and supporting actions aimed at the recovery of economic activity
in the country.
