This Wednesday, Diosdado Cabello Rondón alerted young people to the risk posed by motorcycles, due to the high rate of road accidents in this mode of transport.

During a Meeting with All-Red Youth (JPSUV), at the Antonio José de Sucre International Youth Leadership School, located in Mariche, Miranda state, Cabello said that the statistics of deaths on motorcycles are high, “and sadly the vast majority are young people.”

“I don't tell them not to ride motorcycles, no. I used a motorcycle, but you have to use it consciously. If you are in a car, you drive defensively, as if motorized, you should drive more defensively because the bumper of a motorcycle is your forehead, and that sometimes has no repair, there is no spare for those things,” he warned.

The revolutionary leader indicated that he spoke with the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez to stop the importation of motorcycles into the country. “We're not going to bring, a lot of people are being killed. During Easter, 73% of those killed were motorcycle accidents. And I repeat, the vast majority are young people,” he recalled.
