The governor of Miranda, Elio Serrano and the mayor of Rafael Urdaneta, Jonathan Herrera, reinaugurated the Honor and Gloria Petra Kika García Socialist Mission Base, located in the Cúa Vieja sector of the Nueva Cúa parish.

The delivery was led by Governor Elio Serrano and will benefit more than 5,200 inhabitants of the jurisdiction, with a space that is designed to offer free comprehensive care to the community, including dentistry, psychology, family counseling, psychopedagogy, care for pregnant women, general medicine, Ribas and Robinson missions; children's library, a gamer area for young people and the installation of cubicles for the six communal justices of the peace.

Serrano stressed that the delivery of this Socialist Mission Base is a dream come true for all the residents of Nueva Cúa and is possible “thanks to the twinning work of all levels of government: national, regional, municipal and communal.”

He also added that it was a joint effort of the Great Venezuela Housing Mission, the Government of Miranda and the Mayor 's Office of the Rafael Urdaneta municipality, in compliance with the 4th Great Transformation, led by President Nicolás Maduro, to achieve “good living together with the people and the consolidation of direct democracy with popular power.”
