Of the 448 projects that came first in the National Popular Consultation in Miranda, 341 are linked to the priority of legal works to the city, which represents 76 percent, said the governor of the entity, Héctor Rodríguez.

During the presentation of the first balance sheet of the electoral process, offered by Rodríguez from La Carlota, Rodríguez explained that 75 approved projects correspond to the social area (17%).

Likewise, 18 projects are related to the productive economy (6%) and 4 are linked to security (1%).

These figures and percentages translate into the choice of 90 health projects, 74 for water, 48 for electricity, 46 for roads, 43 for education, 28 for projects, 26 for services -public spaces to be recovered-, 15 for gas, 13 for transport, 11 for environment, 10 with the recovery of communal spaces for the meeting, 9 for sports, 9 for infrastructure, 8 for missions, 8 for housing, 4 for the cultural area, 4 for security, one for the religious sector and another related to tourism.

The Governor recalled that this is the balance of the first projects that were winners in the 448 communal circuits of Miranda, since under the instruction of President Nicolás Maduro, issued last Monday, two projects will be financed for each circuit.

“This is the way to govern, to bring the people closer to the resolution of their priorities and to manage the execution of public policies. The best way to govern is to consult the people constantly. We congratulate President Nicolás Maduro for having approved providing resources for two projects of the Popular Consultation, we applaud the President's decision,” said Rodríguez.
