The Nevado Mission launched a large National Campaign for Sextuple Canine Vaccination free of charge throughout the Venezuelan territory to guarantee the welfare of companion animals, as announced by the president of the institution, Maigualida Vargas.
From Los Caobos Park, he explained that vaccination is the main method to prevent diseases such as coronavirus, parvovirus, distemper and leptospirosis that are even fatal to pets, Venezuelan Television reports.
He stressed that this initiative expands the agency's usual services and includes anti-rabies immunization, deworming, veterinary consultations, nail cutting and cleaning at each of the days carried out in all the states of the country.
Vargas extended an invitation to animal organizations and foundations to join this effort to promote preventive measures with the central objective that all families have access to high-quality health services for their pets and that veterinary care is a benefit available to all citizens.
