More than 246,000 Venezuelans have served the teams of experts and professionals that make up the Mobile Court program throughout the country, according to the president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Judge Caryslia Beatriz Rodríguez Rodríguez.
From Plaza San Martín in Caracas, where a new day of the program took place, the head of the Judiciary congratulated the professional women and men of the Venezuelan justice system for their effort and dedication, so that each day is successful and benefits the Venezuelan people.
The Mobile Court, a program of the Venezuelan Judicial Power that has been reinstated since February 9, 2024, makes it possible to bring justice closer to the people, offering free legal advice and processing of documents such as: rectification of records, divorces, conservatorship and maintenance obligations, among other legal processes, required by citizens.
“Until today, we can indicate that we already have 706 mobile courts throughout the country, it is said quickly, but we are talking about almost 30 thousand people throughout the national territory to allow this dream to be a reality, with a total of 244 municipalities addressed, with a total of procedures carried out of 219 thousand 766 procedures carried out, when we talk about procedures carried out, we say that they are concrete procedures, with problems solved”, summarized the high magistrate.
In addition, as reported by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), she indicated that 11,317 consultancies, forums and workshops have been carried out to strengthen communal peace and emphasized that next December 15 will accompany the democratic exercise for the national consultation. “And on December 15, we took advantage of it because we are going to participate massively in the election of our Justices of the Peace.”
I point out that communal justice of peace had a great deployment until a moment ago, which included advice, forums and workshops, and this scope we are talking about 11,317 meetings throughout the country to materialize and realize justice in communal peace.
Another aspect of the Supreme Court on the street is that the Supreme Court goes to the School where we had a significant number of high school campuses across the country, where we were not only able to share with the children, adolescents and students of these schools, but also with their teaching and administrative staff.
