MONAGAS / Cabello la Derecha: Leave the hypocrisy because we know who is who

At the swearing in of the Popular Units for Peace (UPPAZ) in Monagas state, Diosdado Cabello, first vice-president of the United Socialism Party of Venezuela (PSUV) told opposition extremists that it is time to “stop hypocrisy because here we know who is who”.

“There will be no guarimbas or sanctions here. This country is going to be kept at peace whether the opposition wants it or not. But every time we say that there will be no violence and we are going to prevent it for better or for worse, the right wing says that we are threatening them and the truth is that they are the ones who have been threatening for years and we have not screamed but resisted and in that resistance we have grown and today Venezuela is the vanguard,” he said.

He specified that “imperialism knows that with the People of Venezuela they will not be able to”.

“Although they are the ones who plan with mercenaries the assassination of the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, we are the violent ones because we don't let ourselves be killed. They hide their incapacity and failures with violence, but we are going to go for those who generate violence and for those who hire elements to generate violence,” he warned.

The psuvist leader added that “they are desperate to say that they were attacked, we are not even going to ignore them, but if they cross the line they will know that there is the Bolivarian Fury. Don't scream because we know who they are and if they ask for invasions we will go for those who are asking for them: they are not going to spoil the Fatherland! “
