Diosdado Cabello, during the swearing in of the Popular Units for Peace (UPPAZ) of the Monagas state, recalled that the teams must consist of at least 24 people.

“There must be four companions for each community where they live, at least 3 people on each street and at least two motorized vehicles that will serve for mobilization,” said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

In that sense, he invited motorized people to be alert because the right wing is using them to put them as cannon fodder, “because the motorized people who are here are Chavistas, revolutionaries.”

“The right wing contacts them and offers to pay them to put them as cannon fodder and to generate violence against the rest of the population,” he said.

He urged motorcyclists not to fall into that trap, “because tomorrow no one will defend them, they are being paid a pittance from those they steal, and they are going to leave them alone.”

“The right wing wants to hide its failure with violence. But when they want to go to violence, there will be the UPPAZ, the Bolivarian Fury, to defend our territory.”
