More than 1,300 subscribers recovered their services in Monagas during August

The attention to the reports registered in the telecommunications networks allowed more than 1,300 subscribers in the state of Monagas to recover fixed telephone and Internet services during August, with work carried out by CANTV technical crews in different sectors of the entity.

According to a press release, corrective and preventive efforts made it possible to address incidents in low and medium capacity networks, mainly caused by the deterioration of cables, in homes, businesses and institutions.

The cases were managed through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance. Edward Rojas, subscriber of the La Muralla sector, Maturín municipality, highlighted the recovery of services in his home.

“We can now enjoy Internet and telephony again; the crews were able to restore services in my home and we are very happy with the work done in the community,” he said.

In addition, from the Comprehensive Care Center (CAI), more than 70 subscribers purchased Wi-Fi modem equipment.

The attention to these reports is part of the work carried out by CANTV to maintain the operation of its networks and recover the affected services in the communities of Monagas.
