More than 26,000 CANTV users in Aragua have recovered services in 2025

CANTV restored, in the state of Aragua, telephone and Internet services to more than 26,000 homes, companies, businesses and institutions, through corrective work carried out by the company during the first half of 2025.
The attention of the technical staff was carried out within the framework of the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan and, in the same way, they responded to user reports with the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.
The restoration of connectivity was guaranteed with maneuvers that included the replacement of cables affected after acts of theft and vandalism in various areas, reconstruction of joints and tests to verify the connection.
The approach in the communities was supported and accompanied by the entity's Technical Telecommunications Boards.
CANTV workers remain deployed in the state of Aragua, with the objective of making progress in improving the telecommunications services it provides to the population.
