The Ministry of Health of Lebanon reported that the total number of citizens killed since the beginning of the military escalation on March 2 amounts to 3,020, while the number of injured stands at 9,273. According to a report issued by the TASS news agency.

These statistics reflect the serious human impact of the conflict in the region. Local health authorities maintain constant monitoring in hospitals to coordinate emergency care throughout the country.

Through an official statement on its account on the social network X, the government agency specified that, in the last 24 hours, 32 people died and another 64 were injured as a result of the recent attacks carried out by the Israeli Air Force.

This increase in fatalities and injuries in a single day shows the persistent intensity of military operations in conflict zones. The Lebanese healthcare system continues to be under severe pressure due to the constant flow of patients requiring critical care.

The health agency noted that, in several localities located in the south and east of the country, rescue and civil protection teams continue to remove debris caused by the bombings. As a result of these efforts to search the collapsed structures, the authorities warned that the definitive number of deaths and injuries could increase in the coming hours. The difficulty in accessing certain areas affected by the destruction complicates the tasks of relief forces deployed on the ground.

The dissemination of these data by the Russian news agency highlights international concern over the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the Arab nation. International organizations and various governments in the region have insisted on the need for a ceasefire to stop the loss of civilian life and allow humanitarian aid to enter. The development of rescue operations in the coming days will be decisive in determining the real balance of the damage suffered by the population.
