More than 500 officials strengthened their knowledge in criminal investigation

More than 500 officials from the different citizen security bodies of the states of Anzoátegui, Sucre, Monagas, Bolívar and Delta Amacuro participated in the Seminar on the Current Perspective of Scientific Research on Crime and Trends in Cybercrime.
The seminar was held in the city of Barcelona, in the eastern region.
The Deputy Minister of the Integrated Criminal Investigation System (VISIIP), Danny Ferrer Sandrea, said that the activity aimed to promote the dissemination of issues related to public policies and strategies for the technical-scientific clarification of crimes in the country.
“From VISIIP, national support is being carried out, together with the entire team, to strengthen due process. As Minister Diosdado Cabello says, we must continue to guarantee peace and tranquility in our territory,” said Ferrer, MPPRIJP press review.
During the training day, the different experts who make up the team of the VISIIP General Directorates presented to the attendees updated information on the Practical Guide to Criminal Investigation, the Single Manual on the Chain of Custody of Physical Evidence and the compendium of Action Protocols approved by the authorities of the Justice System.
In this regard, Ferrer argued that the protocols are a guide that materializes the Quadrant Peace Mission, which brings to life the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in favor of true democracy, which brings happiness to each of the Venezuelans.
“Each one of you, in your capacity as civil servants, as public servants, must carry out your duties with respect and conviction for due process, strengthening the image of the police to be admired and respected,” he stressed.
