More than 85,000 children from the Scientific Sewer have received training in robotics

More than 85,000 children out of the 300,000 who participate in the Scientific Semillero program have received training in the area of robotics, said the Minister of Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez.
During the reception of the young people who represented Venezuela at the Türkiye 2024 World Robotics Olympiad, Jiménez highlighted that the Scientific Incubator is an initiative of the Bolivarian Government to continue awakening interest in science in new generations.
In addition, during the above-mentioned activity, the minister presented gifts to young people, teachers and coaches, and also announced an expanded Artificial Intelligence course as a gift from President Nicolás Maduro for the excellent participation of scientific seedbeds in Türkiye.
Also, according to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology, he invited the Venezuelan delegation to continue stimulating knowledge in communities to consolidate national development from different scientific disciplines.
“Invite other friends, neighbors, coaches, other colleagues to accompany them, to encourage them, to be protagonists of these moments. We are proud and proud of you,” concluded Minister Gabriela Jiménez Ramírez.
