More than three million 500 thousand children participated in the Venezuela Ríe 2025 Community Vacation Plan

The sectoral vice-president for Social and Territorial Socialism, Héctor Rodríguez, reported that more than three million 500 thousand children and young people participated in the Venezuela Ríe 2025 Community Vacation Plan, throughout the country.

From the Plaza de la Juventud in Caracas, where the closing of the Venezuela Ríe 2025 Community Vacation Plan was formalized, Rodríguez highlighted that the vacation plan was in all five thousand 336 communal circuits in the country, in which more than a thousand high-impact spaces were also activated.

Rodríguez, was accompanied by the ministers of Popular Power for Youth, Sergio Lotortaro, and for the Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Fatherland, Magaly Viña, the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, among other authorities.

“We thank the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, and the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, for the support provided for the development of this vacation plan,” said Rodríguez.

He emphasized that recreational activities will be permanently in the communities of the national territory, through dance, theater, sports and physical activity.

“A permanent recreation network will be formed, in which all communal, cultural and productive sectors are integrated, with the purpose of strengthening Venezuelan identity through encounter, joy and collective work,” he added.

For her part, Minister Viña added that the country's grandparents and grandmothers are also actively involved in this type of activity.
