MOVILNET incorporates a new method of recharging and direct payment from WhatsApp

The state's mobile operator, MOVILNET, announced the launch of “MoviPay”, a pioneering service that allows you to recharge your prepaid balance or pay your postpaid bill directly from WhatsApp, in less than 60 seconds and without leaving the conversation.

With this new functionality, the customer only needs to have the WhatsApp application installed on their phone, be a MOVILNET user and have a bank account affiliated with Immediate Debit.

Through an automated, friendly and conversational chat, the customer chooses whether to recharge their prepaid line or pay their postpaid bill, enter the telephone number and confirm the operation.

According to a press release, the entire process is guided, intuitive and secure, with the guarantee that the money travels through certified banking channels and with end-to-end encryption.

The new charging method will be available to all natural customers throughout the country, at no additional cost per use.

You just have to save the phone number as a contact (0426-5645187) and start the chat via WhatsApp.
