The Municipal Theater of Caracas reactivated its programming
with the play El Hombre de la Mancha and with the show Circus Rhapsody, as
part of the 145th anniversary of this space for the performing arts, as reported
by the theater's director, Carla Palomino.
During his interview on the Al
Aire program, he said that the Municipal Theater of Caracas will be “incredibly surprised
because they are in the process of revaluing their programming, for about two
and a half years it was closed for restoration work that covered all its
areas, and it was a beautification project.”
He stressed that they prioritize orchestras first
of all at events, because they meet all the characteristics for the
functions; however, there is space for presentations by all
producers, to keep the lineup active.
“We have good lighting equipment that is in line with each play and the requirements of the show. As for sound, we are working on a second stage, which is an equipment of these teams that we will soon have in the theater,” he announced.
