Music, workshops and new exhibitions arrive at national museums this weekend

The National Museums Foundation (FMN) will deploy a varied agenda of activities in Caracas and Coro. The program includes concerts, training workshops and new exhibitions designed for all audiences.
The Venezuelan capital will vibrate with diverse artistic expressions in its most emblematic venues. At the National Art Gallery (GAN), the general public can attend the exhibition “What I Leave Behind” by Rebeca Martínez Vásquez.
For its part, the Armando Reverón Contemporary Art Museum (Maccar) invites you to enjoy the exhibition “Revealed: 25 Faces of Resilience” in its room 4.
In addition, the Science Museum (MUCI) will host the group Alma Llanera Simón Díaz (Núcleo San Agustín) from El Sistema on Saturday 28 at 2:00 p.m., which will offer a concert.
The Alejandro Otero Museum (MAO), in La Rinconada, will start its day on Friday the 27th with the workshop “School of Creative Art: Chromatic Circle”. The training will continue on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with the permanent workshop for initiation to the arts “Technique: Modulation of Isometric Values”, aimed at children aged nine and over; simultaneously, the “Printing Laboratory” will be held for children between five and eight years old.
In parallel, the Arturo Michelena Museum (MAM) will hold the practical workshop “From the creative process to the final work”, a space from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., where attendees can create an artist's book using collage and graphic techniques.
Likewise, the Coro Art Museum (Mucor), in Falcón, will begin its program this Friday the 27th with the cultural presentation “Tradition and Culture”.
The day will conclude with the discussion “Poetry Among Women”, dedicated to the community of the Cruz Verde sector, and the workshop “Painting the Essence of Galloping”, an activity inspired by the artist Orlando Salero and aimed at young people from the Ribas Mission.
