The head of Government of the Capital District (GDC), Nahum Fernández, carried out an inspection of the preventive maintenance and rehabilitation of the road roads carried out in the Historic Quarter of the Cathedral parish, which directly benefit 3,898 families in the area.
“These actions directly impact 3,898 families of the point and circle. We also toured the Teresa Moros de Maduro Self-Government Rooms to share experiences with our people and channel new requests,” he said.
Fernández, in his account on the social network Instagram, explained that these tasks include electricity and lighting, such as the supply of wiring and adaptation of electrical panels; as well as rehabilitation work and provision of luminaires on public lighting poles.
He also specified that they focus on the installation of tank covers and safety bollards; pouring concrete and placing stone slabs and granite tiles.
He also stressed that fence bodies are also placed and walls painted, together with the installation and repair of cast iron railings in planters. In addition to deep cleaning and painting of planters, controlled pruning, tank washing and weeding.
Fernández explained that another very important job is the planting of grass and ornamental plants, collecting waste and uncovering tanks.
